Our swimwear can hold from 1 to 2 regular tampons worth of flow.

When can i wear it?

Our swimwear is perfect for light to moderate period days and when dealing with other types of secretions and bladder leaks. For those with an average menstrual flow, the optimal time to use our Swimwear is during the middle to second half of the menstrual cycle.

They are also great as a back-up for periods on heavier days. You can use it to prevent leaks on clothes and towels, or worn before your period comes.
