How do I know which size to order?

Is Bamboo Fiber good for clothing?

How many lingerie should you get?

You will need 7-9 Lukuma underwear per cycle. Don't forget that it always depends on your flow, the absorbency that you choose and the length of your period.

Can i wear pads and tampons with Lukuma?

If you feel more safe of course you can! But our Lukuma lingerie can be a total replacement for disposable products.
