Shipping and processing times
We process all orders within three business days of placing the order. Please note that we do not ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
In case of high volume of orders, your order may be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the event of significant shipping delays, we will contact you using the email or phone number you entered at checkout.
Pre-order
A pre-order product is a product that you have the opportunity to buy in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the product is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.
Waiting times vary. Usually, the estimated waiting time is 20 working days from the date of publication of the product. Once the product is available in our warehouse, your order will be shipped within 2-3 days.
Shipping costs and estimates
With standard free shipping, products are expected to arrive within 5-15 days of placing your order, although we sometimes experience delays.
