Usage Instructions:

• Remove the lid.
• Fill with water up to the first folding point (not fully).
• Place the menstrual cup with the stem facing upward.
• Don’t completely close the lid to allow steam to escape when boiling.
• Put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
• Let it cool to room temperature before use.
• Wash your hands before insertion.
